Random interior lights out... help?

So..... the following lights were working last night, but not tonight:

Radio lights for all the buttons (but radio LCD works);
Lights that illuminate the interior door handles;
Orange lights that shine down on the shifter;
Lights for the sunroof button/switch.

All other interior lights work. Trying to figure it out

I checked the fuse for the interior lights (F14), wasn't blown.

FWIW, I noticed the issue after I tried to reset the ECU, but mistakenly entered the 1.3 Coding-, Diagnositc-and Bus-index and accidentally held the clock reset button on that item. I don't think this is the cause of it, but you never know. I also have a D1 Spec throttle controller and an Ian Cull Auto Up Circuit, but again, this wasn't an issue until recently.

Furthermore, I have the following error codes pop up on on the on-board diagnostic codes:
14.0: 612800
14.1: 672800
14.3: 000000
14.4: 000000

Anyone have a clue???

I figured out what the issue was. It was the Ian Cull Auto-Up Circuit. As soon as I removed the Auto-Up circuit, all the lights started working perfectly... quite strange. Has anyone ever heard of the auto-up circuit causing these issues?
