Had an alignment done to after replacing inner an outer tie rods.
Here is the print out.
Looks like rear toe is off. Any ideas?

Why didn’t they adjust the rear toe?
It’s a little bit of a pain to do, but if
I can do it at home with simple tools,
they certainly could have and should
have also.

Looks like everything in the rear is in the "red".

On one hand, there IS very little adjustment capability in both the front and rear. The rear could be out of adjustment capability by normal OEM means.
You'd have to buy a set of adjustable arms to allow everything to be adjusted into either spec. or your desired values.

I know my 05, I had to buy both adjustable rear arms and adjustable plates for the front.
From the factory, they have too "little" front camber and too "much" rear camber. My brother fought this for years when he worked at a BMW dealership. Being a manager, he had to TRY to satisfy both the customer, the insurance companies and the dealership in trying to fix crashed Mini Coopers.
I asked him a ton of questions before buying mine. Hours worth, in a coupla sittings..!

shrevemini -

IS...there adjustable plates, like I mentioned, I had to buy a set for myself.
Check out most any internet Mini parts outlets. Be sure to buy "street" oriented rear arms (and front kits). Do NOT buy rear arms that have spherical bearings in them for the street, despite what some may say. Buy either rubber or urethane bushings for the rear. Ireland has both stock and adjustable front plates. After doing some research on my own, I found the Ireland to be the best choice for front kits also...for me, and my 05, JCW Mini..!

Ireland Engineering parts for my car.

Your rear camber is good so you
don’t need adjustable rear arms.
You can adjust rear toe without them.
That will change the camber a little
but it will still be good.

Well I had it done at Pepboys. I going to call Mini in Pensacola to see what they would charge to adjust rear end.

I was gonna ask if this was done at the dealer

when I bought new tires for '15 R59 I told the tire shop to align it

they came back and said they could do the front, but the rear needed an adjustment they could not do for need of a special tool and recommended I have it done at the dealer. Charged nothing.

subsequently went to dealer and everything was put to spec . . .

The special tool is handy but not
at all necessary.

I appreciated the honesty of the place ... they felt they could not do it right so they advised me to spend my dollars where I'd get complete satisfaction.

OP is here because someplace tried the other way and failed.

Well I had my alignment done at Sandy Sansing in Pensacola. They did an excellent job. They got everything thing to spec. Like driving on rails.
