You either have a wheel speed sensor broken or steering angle sensor not working or angle is wrong. The steering wheel picture and tirfecta lights are indicative of this fault, google that please. If it is none of these then perhaps water has entered your footwell module and wrecked it. Just re-read your post and you have a lot more faults than just steering going on there, my bad.

I don't think so, because RPM doesn't work, fuel gauge doesn't work either, electric power steering and even A/C doesn't work.
The trifecta is just the fact the ABS/DSC module doesn't work either

With all these different faults, I'd guess at a low battery problem. I've read that a low battery can cause all kinds of random problems.

Hopefully, during any recent engine bay work, all connectors were replaced correctly --- mated to the correct socket and not damaged anywhere on the harness (pinched, broken, or short circuited to chassis). Some of the small connectors can be plugged into the wrong mate --- their keys are very small and flimsy, making it easy to defeat their purpose.

Best of luck, I'm eager to see some current dyno results.
