17x7.5 45mm Offset Fit With H-Sports?

I am interested in these wheels:

http://www.rotawheels.com/subzero.htm

Do you think they will fit? If so would I need to change out my tires with them? Ive got the 205 45 17 Kumho tires on right now.

Should fit fine, no problems. You plan on running 205s or 215s?

205s will be OK, but you will rub with the 215s most likely, I do.

Ya.... sfjames told me that the guy he talked to at the shop said that the 17/7.5 wheels would fit the same way his car does with 17/7 and 15mm spacers. It ALMOST rubs with his M7 springs so I figured that if I had 215s they would rub.

Thanks for the input. Appreciated

With H-sport springs and 17x7.5 rims with +45mm offset you will do better (no rubbing_ with stock 205/45-17 tires. Once you change to 215/45-17 expect a little rubbing on the rear back out wheel wells when driving hard/cornering or with a full load of four people.
Nothing major and doesn't usually requite trimming but some rubbing which you can hear or feel as scraped up plastic on the inner wheel well areas facing the tire's outer edge.

Usually you don't need spacers for this offset. Otherwise the rims are fine, just wider than stock.

no, you won't rub enough to warrant the Dremel tool with the 215's

Enjoy

Wait a minute.....

I run the Kosei 17x7.7 with 215/45 and I rub pretty bad. I have actually rubbed a good size hole through the driver side rear well in the first 200 miles of driving. No damage to the tire at all but I do have to peel of the melted plastic from it.

Maybe Minis are that different that some will and some won't. I am using the H-sports also.

what tire you got.. tires with very square shoulders increase chances with rubbing as well

Remember that the offset on the Kosei may be more aggressive than the wheel you have in mind.
