Tire/wheels dealers in central Ohio

I have been looking for 18" wheels for my 05 MCS for the last few weeks, would like to look-feel-touch what I am buying.

I have visited numerous websites, including The Tire Rack, but would like to see the real thing.

Can any of you recommend some dealers in central Ohio (Columbus)??

Not many places here in Columbus. You might try Passen Motorsports. They have two locations. One's on Bethel Rd just east of Godown and the other is off of Westerville Rd near Minerva Park. The only other place I can think of would be Auto Assets in Powell (on Powell Rd just east of Sawmill Pkwy).

Hope this helps.

Have you tried Passen Motorsports? I think they have some wheels that you can look at. It has been a while since I was there. I think they are on Bethel Road

Was not aware of Passen Motorsports, but I do know where Bethel Road is at and can check them out the next time I am up there. I looked on Jeg's website, they had a few styles available, but I don't think thats their main interest.

Thank you for the lead.

Some ideas for seeing 18" wheels up close.
- Maybe your dealer has a MINI with the 18" JCW rims.
- Maybe your local MINI club has a meeting or event soon and you can attend and ask if anyone has 18" wheels.
- Maybe Alex@tirerack can give you the name of some tire installers (from their list) in your area that might have some 18" tires for you to see-maybe some rims too.
- Maybe you can check your yellow pages for auto performance stores in your area- some will carry wheels. Some brake and tire specialists also carry rims.
- To see 18" wheels try going to any shopping center and drive around looking at the modded cars with huge rims. Don't look suspicious- just interested.
- Maybe in your area there is a Car club or car enthusiast rally where there are cars with 18" wheels. Probably really common in the VW club.
