Electrical Problem After Broken Side View Mirror

Hey all! Due to an unfortunate accident, the mirror on my '13 Countryman (base) was all but snapped off. I have since replaced it, and that part is good to go.

What I am having trouble with is immediately after that happened, the panel that controls the windows and everything went dead. I have tried to do a search for the solution, but I can't come up with anything.

Can somebody either:

A> Point me towards where this has been discussed

B> Recommend steps to take to try and remedy this situation.

Thank you all for your assistance!

Thank you for the response. No wires snapped, and all of the fuses seem to be intact. I suppose that it never hurts to take a second look.

I just checked it again and all the fuses seem to be good.

did you disconnect the battery and reconnect to "reset" the system?

I just did that, and it didn't change anything.

One thing of note--the glass on the mirror itself is broken. I am waiting on a replacement to arrive today. Would that affect anything?

It shouldn't.

Other than the window controls, can you still lock/unlock from inside?

Do the lights work? And fog lights?

Locks function normally

All lights and fog lights appear to be normal.

Lights, yes

Windows, no. I’m not sure if the window lock was engaged when this happened. The front passenger window does work.

the lock shouldn't affect the driver side though. you can check if is engaged. do you have a diagnostic tool that would tell you if the switch is operated? if not, you might have to either buy a switch or the tool to check it

My apologies if I wasn’t clear. All of the locks function normally. The front passenger window functions normally. Neither of the back windows will roll down, as well as the front driver side. I don’t know if the rest window lock was on when the window was damaged.

i'm sorry, by lock, i meant window lock/disable button.

also, did you check if the wires into the switch are tight...maybe when it snapped, it pulled them enough to not make a contact.

Sorry for the delay in getting back to you. The window lock/disable button does not function. None of the buttons on that panel function.

I will check the connection. I just haven't had a chance yet. Thank you for taking the time to walk through this with me.
