How do you adjust the headlights ?

I have a 2016 F55 and notice that the right headlight is aimed a little lower than the left ......where is the adjustment to adjust the headlight vertically?

The owners manual was no help ........

I think one is supposed to be aimed a little lower but I forget which one.

Go to your dealer. Don't mess up, you are under warranty.

I have the LED lights and I used the inner white allen key tumble wheel to adjust vertical beam.

Clockwise for down and opposite for up

in my car the passenger side is lower ..... i just installed the Phillips Extreme H4s ( from Daniel Stern Lighting) and they are very bright and white focusing on the pavement so i am thinking if i raised each up a little, and the passenger side a little more then the beams would go a little further

Check Daniel's site for proper aiming guidelines and/or ask Daniel directly, he is usually pretty prompt on responses to questions. I have used his products/advice on several cars over the years, good guy!

I would have to agree that the driver's headlight is normally lower than the passenger unit, so something got shifted or improperly aimed on the production line. Make sure your bulbs are properly seated in the housings, since a small shift in the bulb's filament in relation to the reflector can really throw the light pattern off.

Worth a try, eh? DS Lighting does have a good write-up on how to properly aim your headlights, if you want to delve into things more than just raising up the one unit:

http://www.danielsternlighting.com/tech/aim/aim.html

Good luck.

Got my F56 back from the body shop after a fender bender and my headlights seem too low now. Might have to look to see if I can raise them just a bit.

Guys, anyone can take a picture of low beams against the wall? Just want to see how even the lights are or a bit off? The passenger headlight on my US spec F55 MCS is a bit lower than left side. Dealer replaced right upper engine mount recently. So the right side seems a bit lower than it used to be(although it was't at the same height as left side to begin with but was better)

Here is how the headlights are at the moment. Does it look on par with other cars?
