From searching I see there is a screw on the inside part of the hedlight housing that supposedly adjusts the vertical alignment of the headlights.

But, what about the left to right adjustment?

 

don't have the car here just now, but as I recall it is done right at the mounting points by screwing in or out the part just underneath of where you see the bolts that appear to hold the whole light assembly down.

 

Hmm, I see 5 total screws.

2 at the top of the headlight used for mounting

2 at the bottom of the headlight used for mounting

1 on the inner side of the headlight used for vertical beam adjustment

 

I know for a fact that the xenons on my '04 MCS are adjustable up/down and left/right. I replaced the original '04 xenons with Euro-spec '05-newer xenons and I've fine-tuned the adjustment on both sets.

There are two adjustment screws...if memory serves me right - one is pretty easy to find and the other is somewhat hidden. I'll try to get a pic when I can...
