What car would you buy box #1,#2 or #3

Car #1 $7900

Silver 2010 with 115.000 km
It needs Summer tyres and rims
Carfax says two crashes costing $4000 to $5000
Right rear then Left front
It just had oil,air and new spark plugs
needs floor mats

Car #2 $9000
Smoked Red
95000 km
2010

Needs snows but they might last one more winter
passenger side window dosent drop when you open or close the door
is this a $400 black box or a cheap fix?
96000 km service needs to be done
It also just had water pump done
Sweet luxury English Leather seats

going to view car 3 tomorrow
Cream 2009
116,000 km
$10000

three sets of rims, steelies, Mini 5 star and a set of ugly to me aftermarket
it has a nice roof basket and rack
aftermarket stereo
I dont know the servicing or accident history as of yet

All three of the cars are 6 speed stick and have similar options

your two cents?

So far I like #3. I would skip #1 because of the accidents, even if it's cheaper now.

Ive looked online and it seems I can get a service kit (all filters, plugs and a belt ) for around $200, throw in $50 for oil and the price of a socket for the plugs and may be a six pack I'm looking at under $350 for a 96000km service.

I think they are all overpriced. Spend a couple grand more for 2011 and newer with lower miles.

N14 engine, would not buy any of them, certainly not number 1. Agree with 2011 as above.

Looks like they're all base model Coopers correct? I'm liking #2. For the window, try the procedure in the thread at post #3 first HERE. More info HERE.

Congratulations! Did you find out about the service history of it? I do like the roof basket. It's nice it came with so many different sets of wheels. You planning to keep the MINI one's and sell the aftermarket for ones you like more?

It appears that all three cars are base models, which means they do not have the N14 engine...this is a good thing.

I like #2...smoke red.

It has been a few years...but I believe the dealer can reflash the car to fix the window prob...however, I'm not 100 percent sure about this.
