07 Mini S new to these issues

We bought an 07 about 5 or 6 months ago and I am sure that the questions that I am going to ask have been gone over but here the question/problems.
96,000 miles
-Oil leak
-P115C code
-Air Bag light
-Some what of a ticking noise from engine bay

That is all I have for now. How do I fix these, what do I look for, What do I need to do with these type of miles?

Thanks in advance for the help.

Where's the oil leak ?
115c code is most likely a vacuum leak and its related to oil leak that's most likely the valve cover. It's easy as hell to fix.
Air bag, someone else has gotta chime in about that. Maybe pelican or Esc can tell ya.
The ticking noise, depends, but they are not the quietest motors that's for sure.
Does it do it at start up ?
It always does it ?
How loud ?
There is a quick short fix for it if you think it's the timing chain without doing the entire job.

-Oil leak ; where ?

Aibag , might be if you removed the seat or someone did in the past and did not unhook the battery, MINI dealership or some shops and clear the code.

P115C code : clean the MAF

Some what of a ticking noise from engine bay : make sure your oil is not low. And also check to see if there is timing chain noise ( more of a rattle ) is there: on the passenger side.

Timing chain.

First, can you post a video of the tick noise you describe. Second, P115C is Mass air volume flow "A" too low. Do you have an aftermarket intake? I'd start with cleaning it with MAF specific cleaner and clear the code. See if it comes back after you clean it up. Some good info in this NAM thread here. As for the oil leak, we have a great oil leak diagnosis DIY here that can help you possibly trace down your cause. Let me know if you have any other questions or need further assistance.
