My favorite tires have been discountined, any suggestions?

I've been buying BF goodrich KDW 2 for the last three years for my 06 coopers s and I've just been notified that they're being discontinued.

Does anyone have any suggestions on some of their favorite tires?

If you have pictures that would be awesome!! thanks!!

ps tire size 215/40 or 45/17

I'm on Michelin Pilot Super Sports and love 'em. Great wet or dry traction, low road noise, and a decent ride. They exceeded my expectations at The Dragon in April, and handle urban/suburban driving deftly.

I agree with the Pilot Super Sport option. They are available in 215/45-17. Same 300 wear rating as KDW but I think much better in all measures of performance.

I replaced my BFG G-Force tires with teh Sumitomo HTR Z-3's, and I love them! They grip every it as good as the G-Force's, but they are soooooo much more quiet. So far I've got 10,000 miles on the HTR's and that are wearing great.....if I don't get 25,000+ miles out of them I'll be shocked.

Great tires.....I'm going to get another set when these need replacing!

The Gforces I had we're by far the worst tires I've ever had. Loud, road hard, lots of vibration, and wore out super fast!! Horrible!!

My R53 is currently on Yokohama S-Drives, and I've been fairly happy with them. In the near future though, I do plan on stepping down to a 15" wheel, and putting on a set of Hankook RS-3, which are a TERRIFIC 3-season tire...

I had a set of Dunlops Direzza DZ101's on my Honda Fit mounted on 15X7 RPF1's and loved them for DD/Auto-crossing. They were a great tire and were very sticky, I didn't have any issues in the wet when they started to wear out.

I'm planning on buying another set when my tires wear out and I upgrade my wheels and tires.

I have been using Bridgestone Potenza RE760 for the last three sets of tires and love them.

I usually get about 20K to 22K miles on them before wearing down to the wear bars (Lead Foot) and they stay quiet until the end.

Great in the rain too, drove through a few monsoon's without issue and they are fine in the cold as long as there is no snow on the ground.

Snow means I am walking home-learned by experience
