I personally don't like the look of the two little beer cans coming out of my car. I was wondering if anyone has taken a y tube and made just a single tip out the back? I like the look of the discolored titanium tips, and I think having a large one of those in place of the oem ones would look good

Any thoughts?

The tip yes...maybe a different style but I'm not sure, I haven't looked into it yet.But I'm keeping the exhaust I have. I have the one ball and for now that's good enough. I just want to cut after the muffler, and make a single pipe to the tip

 

You should be able to do it without any problems I have a body that did it with his R53 I like the look bot it sounds weird in a way

 

Do you mean theexhaust note sounds weird? Would changing that last 10 inches change it enough to have an effect?

 

I'm not sure, it shouldn't in my opinion but who know, I had the one ball before and I liked it, now I have an Invidia and I love that sound lol.

I'm not sure what exhaust he has on his R53 I don't think that it is the stock one, but I don't think that changing the tips on your one ball should change the sound much, but don't quote me on that.

 

Watching videos of the invidia and borla systems drives me to tears they sound so good. But being 17 in high school, and getting paid maybe 150 a week, I'm too impatient to save up the 700 dollars haha

 

I hear ya....the sound sweet, a friend has a Borla and it sounds great, in my opinion better than the Invidia BUT his Borla drones a lot and that's something that I can't have.

Don't worry better pay days will come for sure, and be grateful that at least you have a car not everybody can afford one. Good luck
