Changing my exhaust header
Hi!
I thinking about replacing the exhaust header on my 2013 Mini S which has been modified with the JCW engine tuning kit with a Milltek exhaust header and hi flow cat.converter.I purchased the car 2+ years ago as a CPO. The car had 13k miles when I bought it and now has 26k. Am I going to invalidate the CPO warantee? Am I looking at an extensive labor bill to have this work done? Any info would be very helpful.

On the Gen 2 MINI which is yours is below, this post is for Gen 1.
Here is the exhaust and click through, its on sale. See R56, its just the downpipe, not the exhaust manifold header. Milltek does not make a header for the Gen 2 or Gen 3 MINI. just Downpipe for the gen 2 and full exhausts.

Take all those parts and show them to your local repair or performance shop, Cost may vary on installs. I would shop around, its not that hard to install, just takes time.
On the warranty, its up to the dealer. They are usually really good unless you change out the turbo or internals on the engine. Then they cover part by part, i would run it by your local dealership first on what you are doing so they can tell you.
