Rectangular piece sitting to the right of the seat pivot point.

Try zooming in.....the pic from like 20 feet away is not too useful...

hey does that thing make a noise? Can you hear it? I just ripped out my rear seats a few days back so that piece is exposed. Today while I was driving I noticed a faint electronic sounding hum coming from somewhere in the back. I just couldn't put my finger on what it was. I'll investigate more tomorrow...

I dont think so, havent noticed anything over the road noise and fuel pump.
