Color-matched c-pillars (pic)

In case anyone was wondering what they looked like, here is a pic I took at the Frankfurt IAA on Wednesday. The Clubbie is Eclipse Gray. Looks pretty sweet and I'm glad I opted for it.

The c-pillar seems to still be black not at all color matched. What are you referring to, the area around the taillights?

When color matching plastic it is never the perfect match.I think what the poster is trying to show is the "c" pillar is gray not the black or silver.

I like the matching color idea...looks better than gray or black.

It's the lighting in the exposure. The plastic and metal were absolutely dead-on matched and it looks amazing in person.

I love this look and plan to do the same on the lower C pillars and rear bumper some day.

Well, part of it is, but since MINI calls the option "Color-matched c-pillars" that's what I titled it so everyone would know what I was talking about.

Good eye. Check my location and where the pic was taken. In Europe, as with other options, you can put any engine in every configuration with, I believe, the only exception being the JCW cars.
