Looks like they did a good job but....

That exhaust will Drooooonnnnne. Drive 75'ish on the highway for 30 minutes and come back and tell us how you like it.

I would guess 20 to 30 extra ponies just from the feel.
Not even if they installed a 20HP nitrous kit....

its an okay exhaust, a little pricey in my opinion, you could have done similar job without trying to match the exhaust, but you like that style and thats what counts....
but guaranteed dude, you did not gain 20-30 hp from a $500 cat-back exhaust i dont care what you think you feel. you wouldnt even gain that if you put a high flow cat...people spend lots of money to gain 20-30 horse, so be a little more conservative when you throw out numbers....
i think what you're feeling is a freeflow exhaust and a little better throttle response... minimal hp gain...

It doesn't matter how much HP you gained (I'd say 5-6HP at best) as long as you're happy with it.

Now send us a sound clip.

Why were all the all OP's messages deleted, did he get butt hurt because someone mentioned that it will drone and he did not get 30HP?

Come on guys, it's his first few posts and he's a newbie. He obviously was excited about his mod and was perhaps a little overzealous about his results.

This is the mini forum, not the H2 or Corvette forum... you know what I mean.

Back in my college days, I had a Festiva with a cherry bomb (glasspack muffler). My girlfriend could hear me across campus . I agree with Dwell it was fun at the time, but I don't need to do that again.

You're pretty ballsy to admit that....

When I drove to FL and had Exhaust Depot make my exhaust and downpipe, I had them omit one of the resonators. (they use a resonator in place of a muffler)

It was much like the original poster did and it sounded great around town. It didn't take too long (or my age is showing) before I installed the second resonator to remove that drone. It was minor but annoying enough that I didn't want to deal with it for an 8-9 hour drive.

Just this weekend my wife commented that my exhaust was giving her a headache, I may have to put a muffler on it instead.

But damn, it sure sounds good.
