Question? Disc Rotors Worn out??

Hi there. I just wanted to share an observation made this weekend. I just check the disc rotors of my MCS 06 (18K miles) and I noted that the same appear to worn out or look like it. All of them have the same, like an indent (uniform) around the entire disc rotors. Does they worn out so easy, or this is normal. Does the disc rotors worn out before the brake pads??? Its not make sense. The brake pads are good and I feel like I don't use a lot the brakes, when have to stop, help a little just shifting down the gears.

The OEM rotors do have a "lip" around the outside edge. The OEM Rotors and Pads are "designed" to wear out together. You will find some on NAM get only 30K out of pads and rotors and other over 60K. There is a sensor on he L/F and R/R inside pads that will light up your dash when the pads need replacing.

rotor

to be sure, check the thickness. I think new is 22mm or so(?) and worn is 20.4(?). For sure, varies by driver, but mine are at 60k and still within spec.
