After 10 long weeks my car arrived. Im still waiting for the chrome bonnet scoop and think about stripes, but i can drive it and that's important. I love how it feels and all the small little things.

The only bummer is how fast you get used to power. At the beginning i was amazed by the acceleration. Now i often think if there is something wrong with the Turbo :P.

I like the Chrome Line

 

What?! I thought I was going to be relatively unique with my Mini, but what you have there (or, what you will have when the chrome scoop is added) is exactly what I was going to order come December! Grrrrrrrrrrrrr.

Or get the stripes you say you're thinking about... yeah, that's the ticket!

 

My mini was there before yours so i guess you need to change your order :P.

Really, have you thought about stripes? Black stripes (with the white piping) would look really nice on that hood of yours... And there's soooo many different styles to choose from; you don't have to go with the 'stock' Mini style.

Does anybody had the same feeling that you got used to the power that quick, or can there really be something wrong with mine?

 

No stripes here. I still haven't gotten used to it yet since I just recently got through break-in and can really try it out. Plus I've been trying to like non-sport mode but just the dead zone when you first press the accelerator makes me want to go to sport full time.
