WARNING: STAY AWAY from miniswag.com

I ordered a product from this "company" more then four weeks ago. Shipment was supposed to take 2-3 weeks. I sent them 4 emails inquiring where my order was and NEVER received a response. I even told them in my final email that I would post to the MINI forums if they didn't at least respond to my email.

They didn't have a problem taking the money from my credit card. They also say on their website that they will only refund 50% of purchase price for cancelled orders. What is that all about.

Unless you want to lose your money DO NOT buy from this company, they are a rip off.

It's pretty illegal to charge a credit card without shipping whatever it is you ordered. Are you sure they charged it?

Good luck at getting whatever you ordered

Just call your credit card company and have them reverse the charge, should be as easy as a phone call to get you $$$ back and never have to deal with them again.

Wow, they seem to be able to put the time into all that credit card payment management pretty easily, but printing out some magnetic badges is real trouble for them. I just ordered the double badge holder for the rear license plate and two badges from cooperflags.com. I'll update when I get it so we can see how long it actually takes. We need a reliable vendor in this space and long life to them if they can handle my little order.

The CC charge may be an automatic process that is run through the "store software" that the website is using. Odds are it is not a manual process. So the website owner is not clicking "accept payment' then hiking off with the cash. I think it would be wise to just call your CC company and tell them that you have not received your product. It should be extremely painless for you to do that and take less than 5 minutes.
Then let miniswag consolidate their feces and you can come back in the Fall when they are better prepared to fulfill your order.

Mini Swag is a horrible store and I would never buy anything from them again.

I innocently thought that if it was an automated process they would have turned that off or stopped taking payments through that. But they haven't, and knowing that they cannot handle the orders, that makes it worse than manually making off with the money. Detestable.
