Wow, I feel quite honored. There were a lot of great photos this month. We'll have to start another thread with any photo out takes and rejected photos so we can enjoy everyone's artwork.
Big thanks to everyone who took the time to look at everyone's photos and voted this month!
I'm very excited to win OctaneGuy's detailing DVD as I'm currently trying to learn how to best use my PC random orbital sander. I've got a lot of detailing work to do right now.
I have also uploaded a higher resolution version of this photo into my gallery so my dirty wheels can annoy Konky even better.
Cheers,
Dave

Dave... I knew the second I saw your photograph (not a snapshot) that my entry was toast. Awesome job!
Thanks to those who voted mine into the top 50%. I had this contest in mind while I balanced on the edge of the cliff with the agave poking into my back while waiting for someone to pop into view for about 2 seconds while hoping the camera doesn't turn off!
Before or after the vote?

Agreed, big congratulations to 2ndMiniac for their great photo (AZ Hwys should be calling you soon).
I also look forward to next month with a full collection of entries from everyone.
I'm sorry, but I think Kurt is the winner here in putting a photographer in the most precarious position possible making the creation of any photo a challenge.
Yikes Kurt, be careful out there. We need (and expect) many more awesome sunset photos from you!

Outstanding shot, please tell where it was taken.
I think in the future, for any shots on this subject, us folks in flat ol' Florida should get a vote handicap.
Again, awesome job by everyone this month.

Thanks speednut! I might have exagerated just a bit.

Back to our winner... is that Big Sur? Please tell us about your shot!
Very nice picture. It looks like the picture was taken on Coast Road above Highway 1 about 15 miles south of Carmel by the Sea. You can see Bixby Bridge in the background about a mile away.
