I wanna know what locale is still in the 50's! I would love to go to an actual drive in theater!

 

Come to southern Indiana, like I said we have two within 20 minutes of here. Starlight Drive In and The Holiday Drive In, both in operation every weekend in the summer

 

Melbourne (Australia) - population around 4 million - has two drive-ins. One in an inner-city suburb (no, I have no idea why, nor how it survived) and one on the fringe of commuter belt where it joins the weekend-away Mornington Peninsula (I can understand that one). I think the multi-screen cinema complexes finally killed the rest that were lurching along.

I plan on getting a shot tomorrow, with work its tough to get out and shoot during the week, I think we need to allow each topic one week, announce the topic on Sunday and pick the winner Saturday night, what do you all think ?

We still have two in the area, but the chances of me making it out to either one are somewhere between slim and none.

 

Okay, well I'm guessing we have decided my MINI and a Drive-In idea was too hard, so how about your MINI with your pet. That's gotta be easy. If you don't have a pet, grab a neighbors (and put them in it too).

Just got my MINI yesterday, I'm looking forward to contributing to this thread. Haven't got my rear seat protector yet so my dogs aren't allowed in the car, hopefully I will have something for the next challenge.
