Well I like #2 or #3...on #1 the bright lights in the distance distract from the subject. Also, the building strongly dominates the MINI, so the subject has less impact.
I like #2 for it's extreme drama as the vectors are very strong, all leading to the subject. The lights on the far right are a bit distracting, but overall it is a more emotional shot w/ a bit of tension.
I like #3 because the intact arch (missing in #2) frames the shot so nicely and draws focus to the subject. The pic almost has a subject within a subject...the arch and the MINI. It is more of an "at rest," balanced composition.

Konky, that's a fantastic location and I really liked your previous photo at that site.
#1 has too much trapezoidal shifts distorting the building making it look odd.
#2 is my favorite if the arch in the far right side is cropped out. I like how the arches frame or draw my eyes to your Mini and then away from it. Nice lines.
#3 is probably how I would have shot this scene getting everything symmetric and aligned. It's a good photo, but is predictable and not as dynamic as #2 (cropped).
That's my $.02.
Have you played with the lens correction in PS2? You may like the results.
