Just wondering how much response the meet is getting. There's not much discussion on this except for the MiniMania post for the Ultimate Challenge.

 

There's been a good amount of discussion on the Minimania message board as well for this show. I think it will be a pretty good sized event. Can't wait to go and see a ton of classic Minis in one place!

 

Second that! I’m Going to be exercising an "EXTREMES" week at the end of June. Headed up to Crandon WI the 26-27 to watch the CORR races and then back down to IL the 29-2 for the West Meets East to see some tiny ground hugging Mini/MINI! Long live motorsports!

 

I've got a room reserved for one night (6/29 I think) but I've not yet decided whether or not to register my car, the price seems kinda steep...

 

Hi! Please, can you tell me more about this meet? I am so excited, getting my PW/B MC on Tuesday. Really want to attend meets, think it would be fun! I don't know what happens at them...any info would be great! From Indiana, Rockford 2 hours away!

I'm all signed up for the West meets East. Actually I didn't think the price was too bad. I've been to quite a few Miata events & the prices have been higher. I received an email the other day & all 200 rooms are just about gone. They expect the event to be one of the biggest Mini/MINI events ever. Quite a few of us from St. Louis are going. Hope to see some of you there

Is anyone who is going the the West meet East Mini event also attending the Phil Wick's Ultimate Mini Driving Academy? It is MINI specific on June 29th. I've already sent my check in :smile:

I've done Phil Wick's at Gateway so I'll just be watching. I did sign up to autocross so I'll definately be at the track for that.
