MSA vs Global

There seems to be alot of questions in the club about which dealer is better. Well a close inspection of Wilma today showed no damage/scratches so I would give both a 5 based on my experiences.

Wilma has seen each one once and both were courteous, professional and did not complain about fixing even my minor issues. I am hard pressed to find a reason to recommend one over the other.

Ray at MSA seemed a little more motivated to go the extra mile but Global also took Wilma to a paint shop to repair a very small hood rub, so I guess it is down to each individuals personal preferance.

MINI Dealer vs MINI Dealer

I've had good service at both places myself. The manning issue that was a problem at MOSA seem to have been resolved many months ago.

You're right, it is all on what your likes/dislikes are and how your personality meshes with the SA at each place. I wouldn't feel bad referring anyone to either place.

We really are lucky to have two great MINI Dealers in Atlanta. I read on the other forums where a metro area has only one dealer and it is absolutely horrible (MINI should revoke their MINI dealer rights) and have to put up with poor treatment by personnel and management as well as extremely poor service.

If they will only open a dealer here or in Macon; the 1 1/2 - 2 hour drive to Atlanta gets expensive!
