Thanks to all of you from Mid Cal MINIs whom I saw along the way on Monday. I was towing the Mini Pooper inside the trailer with all the stuff we brought down to AMVIV4, including the Cruzin Cooler.

Sure felt nice to see a couple of friendly MINIs along the way as we fought the high & gusty winds through the Mojave and over Tehachepi.

Cheers to all!

It was a safe but fast ride home on Monday. Robert and I ended our caravan just in time to see the rain storm.

Some did on the way there. We stayed on the highway with the trailer.

I hit the storm after leaving Hanford. All the streets around my house were under water. Made it home with no problems though.

Hey Jesse, Yes Kevin & I passed you guys twice
Once when Norm was driving and then when you were driving,
after our rest stop.
Glad to know you made it home safely.
When & where is your next run?

Is Mid-Cal invited?

Kevin & I made it home in just under 6 hours.
Even Brad & Steve made good time with the trailer and all.

See you all soon.

Regards, Robert.

Steve must have been regretting having the falcons at that point. I had to drive home through detroit where there was a good 3" of water on the roads. I was soo happy I ws in a cooper with all season tires.

Actually I don't think he got caught in the rain.

He has not said anything about the tires good or bad.

Now that's unusual.

All you guys & gals are always invited. Our (REME) next "big" run is our North Coast Lighthouse Tour. This will start at Crescent City near the Oregon boarder and we will visit the lighthouses along the California Coast to Pt. Reyes and an optional trip to Alcatraz. (Friday night 4/6-Sunday 4/8)

In June we are having our 2nd annual Mt. Shasta run. We will be driving along the Klamath River (highway 96) then down Scott River Valley, We will have a catered sunset BBQ dinner at Bunny Flat on Saturday Night (June 16). Then Sunday we will be travelling over highway 3 along the Trinity Alps and Trinity river.

In August we have our Motherlode run in your backyard, then for labor day weekend we will have our Yosemite/King Canyon Run.

If anyone wants to join in just let me know. You can email me @ norm@redwoodempiremini.com for details. Leave me your email address & I will add you to my distribution list for all the MINI runs I have
