I still think there should be some kind of punishment for crashing (electric shock, punch to the side of the head, etc.) Maybe the next version of the "chair."

Well, if I thought I could've gotten away with it I would've gone a bit more extreme...think if I combined the these two. Yep, that would be totally righteous. Go ahead, nod your head....you'd wanna race on this setup.

Too bad working on MINIs doesn't produce that kind of income. I could have stayed in the Bay Area, never left my office and just spent my money on computer equipment. I'm having more fun now. Hooters tonight, 6:00pm.

Dr.Steve, how are we looking for roll bar + harness install next week or the week after? I'm thinking if I get the bungs done we can kill several "birds" with one trip.

Hey Steve,

The car is having problems! I tryed to stop by after work yesterday but you were already gone or just all locked up. The passanger window will not move it is up curently. But it is not sucked all the way up into the door frame so you can still open the door. Also on Wednesday afternoon the Air conditioner when nuts. I am at the office by my self today so I am not sure if I will be able to stop by at lunch!

No A/C and can't roll down window: the perfect combination. Does the A/C work at all?

Yes, the AC is working, but if the car is not moving, Sitting at the stop light, or just started. The noise was horible. I have not been able to have it repeat the noise, but I am also not trying to. It might have been just a fluke but I had started the car and it made the noise and the turned the car off waited abot a minuet and restarted same noise, then turned off AC noise went away. That is when I found out the window would not go down. So what do you think???

And you'll approve the loan to finance that? If yes, then I'll sign up too.

Dr.Steve:
Good lookin' out on the O2 sensor today. I'm dropping the car off at Muffler Outpost first thing in the morning to have the two bungs done & then I'll take it straight over to you when I pick it up. I'm curious to hear what it sounds like with the exhaust leak.

Here's two things which push the definition of "totally awesome" to a whole new level & if I could quit my day job to do these things it'd be sweet. Who wants in on this action?

That's LUG-BOLTS, old man. I'm catching you (not on the track, though). If I can get to work on my MINI, I will be tracking again. I have both Fracky and Checkers here now. I may have to move the Corvair to make room for more resident MINIs. Thanks for the B-Day wishes, now where is my walker?

Thanks. I hate lug-bolts so I changed my MINI to lug-nuts. Makes it much easier to change wheels when you have a set for street and a set for track. Being lazy is expensive.
