Steve.....I found it..http://www.motoringfile.com/2007/11/...comment-177962

I checked my dealer installed JCW invoice from 10/27/04 and all it stated was "JCW Kit with injectors and air box". No Itemized parts list. I pulled #1 plug and I do have the colder heat range #7 not a #6. Not sure what they used to torque them with when they were installed 25kmi ago, but had to use a 1/2" breaker bar just to pop the seal. Thought it was going to snap the plug off. It looked pretty clean and good, but didn't have a new one to compare, re-installed at 24ft lbs.....correct?

We were just trying to figure out if the earlier JCW installs included injectors and plugs. When we order, there is a "after this date" on the part number and no earlier version that had been replaced.

I'm not sure I like it, but it's not done yet. It might have to grow on me.

The ribbing gives it character. Hopefully, all the ribbing you get gives you character.

Oh, and don;t worry about the solenoids... I'm getting a different design for better flow. Oh, and the 2 stage will be up and running for the tune. 100 shot stage 1 with a reserve 40 shot incase i need the extra boost.

What about dispersion of heat? Less surface area and all.

Personally I'd opt for powder coating. Id like to see the inside polished and extrude honed. Ive delt with polished aluminum before and it is a pita to maintain. why dont you remove the pieces so you can get to the entie piece?

I'm going to do, but that one is tough. I've already removed the one on the right. Oh, and I'm moving towards just leaving it brushed aluminum... It would match my shift ****...

Also less mass so heat disperses faster.... Honestly, that would have such a small effect compared to the intercooler it doesn;t matter...
