Increase the resistance by turning the knurled **** in a bit? Kinda tight in there to get a wrench etc.

Figured it out myself. Wasn't hard... Read what thread? I never went on any threads for the part :P I just pmed the guy...
Anyways, the part is incredible. I did a bunch of 0 to 100 runs in first through 4th gear short shifting at redline the entire way. All i can say is WOW. This part works wonders everywhere. It makes downshifting and upshifting feel much smother. Also, if you want to really see how well the part works, let your engine bog down. You know how the car shutters when that happes? Try bogging it down with the damper. The only indication I had was that my boost gauge was going crazy. Hardly any movement inside the car. This mod was WELL WORTH the money. Hell, if I knew it as this good, I probably would have bought the one off pfunk long ago.
Let me know what you guys think of yours when you get a chance.
One more thing: The MINI loves the 93 octane gas out here

Just received my damper. Now to see if it will work on a MCSa. I'm all for the recipe thread. Also, someone needs to post the MidCal MINIs' run on 7-29-06 out of North Fork on our Web site. Blake, you sure you didn't put that damper on your bike? Ken

Michele sent me a list of people for the e-mail list that had about ten new names. I have no idea who they are, but I added them.
