Had a great time this weekend at breakfast...

Just wanted to say that my wife and I had a wonderful time at this month's breakfast- thanks so much to Aaron for showing us all such a great time and for hosting the car care seminar- I really did learn a lot.

We should plan to get together some weekend early to do a drive down through Hocking Hills, WV or some other nice, twisty and/or scenic road that someone's fond of. Blasting down 161 all in a line like that was really fun. maybe an "out till lunch, eat, then return" type of short day trip...

We also had a really great time and we are already looking forward to the next event! We had just sent an email to Aaron yesterday talking about some possible events! We also thought a drive to Hocking Hills would be great! They say great minds think alike! We drove down to Hocking Hills today, but it didn't turn out so great. As soon as we made it there we stopped at the visitor's center and then when we came back out and started the car it seemed like the power steering was gone. So we turned around and headed for home. Not too much fun with no power steering. I called MAG, but they were closed, so I am hoping to find out more tomorrow! We would love to get together with everyone and go for a drive. Just let us know! We also thought it was so much fun driving all together from breakfast to the shop! I took several pics and will try to post them sometime this week into my gallery for everyone to see. Warning our camera is not too great, so the pics aren't that great either. Look forward to getting together soon!

Do you have any more info on the Cinci Fun Ren event? We have friends down there and that sounds fun!

Hope your power steering is OK!

Here is the link to the website for the road rally. http://www.scenicroadrallies.com/eve...?show=upcoming
It will be listed in the upcoming events and then you can click on it for more information. Sounds like a lot of fun!

Getting ready to talk to MAG right now about the power steering.

Did you check the fan? I hear what you're experiencing is exactly what happens if a bag or something gets sucked up into the power steering fan. It's located just about midline, about 2 feet back from the front bumper- just look underneath (towards the font axel) and you should see it. If anything jams the fan (according to what I've read on the web) then the steering's FUSE blows, so you might want to check there- might be a simple fuse replacement.

If that's the problem I swear I'm buying one of those covers that they sell....

My husband checked the fuse and the fan and they both looked good. We took the car to MAG today and the power steering pump had to be replaced. It was covered under warranty. So we are back up and motoring.
