Out Motoring is proud to welcome Chad from Detroit Tuned to come on down on March 25th to our facility as our guest installer for ModFEST2. Please follow this thread for important updates, schedules and pricing. Please work directly with Chad to get on the schedule.

The venue will be our new facility in New Albany Ohio, a suburb of Columbus. This will also be a sort of open house for the new digs which will have a showroom, warehouse and of course an install bay. We will get directions up shortly.

Chad is one of the most respected MINI mechanics we know and trust him fully with your MINI performance needs. He will have product available as will we. Feel free to purchase your goods ahead of time to guarantee availability.

Pricing for labor is coming shortly.

So far, I have Ralph and Matt on the list and as soon as we get a schedule either Chad or I will update it as more people get on board.

Here are Chads install rates, NOT including parts:

Pulleys are normally 260, but for the party of 4 or more it is 230.
100 for crank pulleys
80 for exhausts
80 for springs
60 for rear sway bar,
intakes are 40 or free with pulley install
plugs are 10 or free with pulley install.
I could also install UniChip 20, bypass valves 75,and almost any
other thing they would like.

 

Here is the ongoing list which will be edited and added to as we work out the schedule:

I am on the list for pulley install and would like to see more motorers join in. Come join the party I think it's going to be fun.

this is coming along great so far...with just a week or two notice we already have 5 and more coming!!

Also add a 2% crank pulley to the list. . Can't wait to see you all there. I hope we can find a muffler shop that is open on Saturday to cut and weld the stock cat onto the new header. Any of you locals have any ideas?

hey chad, i talked to you via email a while ago about doing a rear sway bar for me. how is that looking for the mod fest? can i possibly fill a time slot? i am looking at later in the day on saturday ( i have friends coming up to visit)

i want to go with the alta rear bar: i can get from you or from out motoring. let me know if i can squeeze in!! second mod coming up!

also if anyone is gonna be there with a set of aftermarket wheels and tires for sale pm or im me.
