Nothing like a free transmission. BMW cut a deal with MAG and I will end up with a new transmission and all I will pay for is the labor. I was slightly out of warantee so technically they did not have to do anything, but they stepped up and I could not be happier.

As long as everything goes as planned I will have my Mini back for Sonic next week!

 

Does this make up for the tight lug nuts??

 

Funny you mention that. My tires need to be rotated, but I told myself to just wait till they give the car back and I will do it myself because it is not worth it to go through that again

Good to hear man - congrats! After just dealing with a Triumph motorcycle dealer who was the 180-degree OPPOSITE of this, it's good to know that there's still SOME dealers who care...

 

In my opinion (which I have shared many times when this subject comes up, based on almost 17 years of experience with them) MAG SERVICE ROCKS!

 

This not the first time I've heard of MAG going the extra mile for their customers.
