Wellzy- Is this an open fun day at Nelson or have you rented the track for this group? Who are your instructors & is this open to folks who are above the beginner level. Will there be different groups based on experience?

Wellzy I think it is great that you have set this up. I've always believed that if one learns the way to handle their car on track it also makes them a safer driver on the road too.

 

Is anyone else interested in doing this track day? I'm 98.99 percent certain I'll be going. I know some of you local guys have expressed an interest in doing one. Here is your chance. Nelson is a nice drivers track. Not much for amenities, but lots of fun for drivers.

 

We have rented the track for the day. Drivers will be separated into groups based on experience.

boy this sounds like a lot of fun and good learning. I guess I was hopeing to take my time in thinking about it and it would fill up but now I really want to do it. My mini is running great right now and I would love to run some laps with it. I am just a little bit concerned with the trip to and from. I am not prepaired to tailer the car right now. I should make it without any problems but I think you understand.

 

can a non-mini car run as well??? I am thinking this car may be from the 80's. I was thinking If I can do it and there is room, my Brother might want to run also. He might take a non-mini to run. He might just take another classic mini but I thought I would ask, and I understand there are only a few spots left.
