I'm starting a new thread for this. The current one is buried at the end of another.

Nov 1st I'm planning on leaving at 10:30-11:00 am to do a back road drive to Shreve Ohio to meet some friends from the BRM group. After a sumptuous lunch at Des Dutch Essenhaus we'll head to Jeff's favorite place, SMUCKERLAND. From there we will ramble the back roads home.

Any takers for a drive & lunch? Chime in here or PM me.

I already pm'd Chuck that I'm a maybe. It's been rough at work lately (layoffs this week + two weeks behind on project = potential of having to work next weekend). I did say something to Missy and she might be able to move her schedule around so that if I don't have to work we can all come.

mmmmm.......JCW Clubman. I had a dream the other night of a DS with tinted windows, black rims and a grey-scale Union Jack roof graphic.

Man that sounds like a very nice Clubman to me. Except the black wheels. Well if you do get them at least that darned brake dust won't show.

 

Matt I'm glad to here you Amy & Grayson can make it. From Smuckerland you can head west on Route 30 & continue on to Toledo.

If anyone cares to, we could do breakfast at Panera before hand. I'll be there drinking coffee & eating a low calorie snack.

Just an FYI, we have a route. Just got finished. No mileages, because I was too cheap to burn a tank of fuel to drive & measure it. These are all roads that I have driven in the past & route following will not be an issue for anyone. So easy even Welshguy's navigator Fluffy can do it. WOOF!!

The Panera is at 782 N. State St. in Hooterville. At the corner of Maxtown/Polaris & N. State.

Matt are you driving the classic? A little rain won't hurt us at all.

 

I will be. I'd PREFER to not get rained on, but we'll see...
