Greetings. I was wondering if anyone is interested in another weekend meeting for Coffee? I believe most people really enjoyed themselves last time. I was thinking about Saturday April 19th. I was considering meeting a little later so those "not so morning people" who missed us last time can make it. How does 11:00am or 12 noon sound? Not sure which Starbucks we should use. We can always try the Jenkintown one again or someone can suggest another (bigger) site.

Let me know if anyone is interested and we can work out the finer details.

I have to work that Saturday (in Jenkintown) but maybe by son would stop by.
You could try meeting at J-town Square (OYR and Rydal Rd.) There's a new Dunkin Donuts there(if you're not too particular about the coffee) and a fairly large parking lot.
My wife and I are thinking about taking the trip to VA in May. We just watched the original "The Italian Job" last weekend not knowing that a remake was in the offing. It's pretty bad except for the Minis.
I think I saw you and "Ferris" about a month ago when I was gassing up at the Mobil at Easton & Susquehanna.
I'll check back for the arrangements if it comes together.

Is that New Dunkin Dounuts in the J-town Square the one that used to be that seafood restaurant (The Seagrill)? If so that parking lot is nice since it wraps around the building a bit. I am just worried about clogging up parking for more than one business at a time. We'll figure it out shortly. Will keep you updated.

April 19th sounds great and Dunkin Donuts would provide more space. Unfortunately I missed your last outing at Starbucks because I never did make it back from Lancaster the night before. I did have a heck a fun time though. I saw the pics from the last gathering and was very impressed with the turnout. Please count me in this time as no party will drag me away. See yuo all on the 19th.

Chris

Just got back from a short road trip to see if Donald and I were talking about the same Dunkin Donuts. We are, and I think he's right that this might be a better spot than the Starbucks just up the street. So let's set the site in stone:

Dunkin Donuts Parking Lot at Jenkintown Square Shopping Center
11:00am Saturday April 19th, 2003

505 OLD YORK RD
JENKINTOWN PA, 19046
(Sits between Hillside and Homestead Avenues)

This is just up the street (on the same side) from the Starbucks we met at last time. As you come into the parking lot for the Dunkin Donuts go to the left. There is a section back there where the parking lot widens out a bit.

See you on the 19th!

I'll be there as well. I guess we better buy the donuts from Dunkin Donuts
and not bring them from Krispy Creme. I'm looking forward to seeing everyone again. Best Regards, Jon

I only recommended the spot for the parking, not the coffee and donuts. I'm stopping at Starbucks on the way. There's also a great bagel and coffee shop about 1 block further south and on the opposite side of York Road called Fill-a-Bagel.

Oilman,

Good to hear that you are coming, even without your Mini. Will your Mini be ready/here by the time The Italian Job rolls around?

Trying to think of a good bagel place around there. The Donuts are actually decent at that Dunkin Donuts. The coffee could be better though.

Hopefully I will have my shiny new MCS gas cap installed by then! Just got the trim piece back from the painters. Now all I need is the weather to cooperate.

See everyone Saturday.
