Best license plate: IMAMINI (did i get this one right?)
Most mods on a MINI (in the shortest amt of time): VolperCooper's PS MCS
Lowest mileage: Jay and Kim's IB MCS
Highest mileage: Acetonic
Oldest MINI/Mini owner: grumpy
Cutest MINI juvenile enthusiast: LaughScott

I also want to say thanks to Kim, Scott, Craig and all others that put so much work into making this a great event. It was great to meet so many nice people and drive on some fun and very scenic roads. Also thanks to ASobowiak for providing so many pictures of the event. They make me want to go back and do it again next week! The expressions on the faces of onlookers also made the drive worthwhile. Thanks again for a job well done.

 

tontobird and Pocket_Rocket, thanks for snagging the paper...one of co-workers lives in Bucks County and I asked him as well. If he got it, I'll know tomorrow and let you guys know ASAP. Thanks so much for going the extra mile...

I'm pretty sure the lead pic with the 3 MINI's was taken as we were going uphill on right after we left the ice cream place. The Inquirer photographer was on the side of the road shooting with a fairly long zoom - can't remember if we just came out of a bridge, but I do remember seeing him.

Good news today...my MCS rolled off the production line and I finally have a picture to use for my sig...but not for long!!!

Most of the people that came are MCO members. I posted the event on MINI2, roadfly and the O.L., too. The local dealer (Otto's) did participate, donating prizes and even letting our MINI-less navigator have a loaner car for the car (how cool is THAT?).

Without MCO, however, we probably would have had 10 or 15 cars.......

I had saved all of your emails for people that wanted a copy of the article and was only able to find one. I sent out one paper so if anyone else wants a copy of the paper that had this write up from this drive in it... please email me ...
