Side marker light covers (orange, oval, never used) – quantity 5 - $2 each

2 bulbs in 2 bulb carriers - $20

Stock jack, never used - $50

Thanks for the photos. However, those are for 04 and earlier, and won't fit my 06. Hmm... making me think about painting my front license holder (they now come only in black).
