This is one of the fastest factory aspirated cars you will EVER drive. It handles like a go-cart as well! If you like canyons this car is unreal! It has 3100 miles on it and has been impeccably cared for. I have well over $46k into this car and am asking $32.5k. The car is located in the Los Angeles area.
I have several pics but they are too big to upload and being the old timer that I am I dont know how to reduce them. I am happy to send them to interested parties.

I understand what he is saying about the "No Warranty". However, the truth is that the ONLY way they can deny warranty work is if they prove your mod created the issue. Sticky point I know but thats the law.
However, I know MINI mechanic lead in a dealer in the SoCal area that will work on the car.

This car is very special.

WHALEN SHIFT ****, DRIVER’S KNEE PAD) and the dealer still honored my warranty.
Which is now gone since I have over 55,5700 miles. Also, I am in the same area (So CA) and probably went to the same dealer for service.
It looks like a good buy to me.

Bump for an absolutely gorgeous MC40...I'm buying one next week, but off the showroom, it looks nowhere near as nice as yours does. Good job.
I hope you get what you want for it, I can't see why someone who's looking for a well modded car wouldn't be on it. For the mods and the condition/mileage, it's not a bad price at all. I'd pay that much if what I was looking for was an already modded MC40 in a heartbeat, but alas, I'll be happy just owning one, stock and all
Dave.

Dave.
