Yep. They sell the tray as a kit with the mounting hardware. Just got one from Classic.

But there is two liners, one with felt and one with rubber. The rubber being more expensive, right?

Call Classic Auto in Ohio. They sold me my Euro Tray with rubber liner for $70 including shipping a couple months ago. They also have an e mail address you can link to over their web site. They'll know what you are talking about without the part number
