Long story short, If I can sell my car within the next week or so I can get a hell of a deal on a dream car of mine. Here's the lowdown on my MCS:

2003- DS/W MCS
-black leather
-alloy patina interior trim
-Sport Package
-Premium Package
-PDC (Park Distance Control)
-R90 wheels (17&quot

Goodies:
-hardwired Valentine 1 radar detector
-Alpine 634 Mp3/CD 6 disc changer w/blitzsafe adapter
-UUC Rob **** Shifter
-Dynomat sound insulation in both doors, and extensively in boot area/hatch
-Evotech ECU
-Plasma Booster
-Alta Pulley (installed by randy)
-Mini Madness Intake
-Magnaflow Exhaust

-the car has been serviced recently for it's 10k checkup, and all records have been kept.
-great condition
-runs like a champ
-never auto crossed or dragged

Like I said, this is my baby, but A buddy of mine is selling one of his cars that I have been lusting after for quite sometime, and I thought I'd see if I could make a mad dash to sell my car and buy his.

-It would cost you over $30k to put together a mini like this. So if you are interested in getting a steal w/ alot of great extras, email me at bmarvin@mac.com and make me an offer, I'm very fair. I am in the socal area, so don't wait for months or pay thousands over list with dealers here in cali.

Here are some pics of my girl:

-there are few things in life that are better than a mini. this just happens to be one of them.

Blake

(and no the car is not being given away, I'm still gonna have to fork over some serious cash for this monster), but like I said, I am very open about offers regarding my mini.

thanks pooky, this is one of the true rare occasions when I would even think about selling my beloved mini, but you can't blame a guy for trying to live out a cinderella story. Feel like having 2 minis? The more the merrier.

sounds good pooky. I keep telling myself that's the reason why I don't have 2 minis. But hey, sometimes a little sibling rivalry doens't hurt.

Your DS/W MCS is a gem and worth way over $30K.

thanks minihune. (If) I sell her, it will be a sad day, but luckily it's replacement is truly excellent. As for the price, it's a hell of a deal if you want an "s" and eventually wanted to do mods but are strapped for cash. The car is for sale thousands bellow sticker WITHOUT THE MODS!. So it's like getting the mods for free, and getting a hell of a deal on a really nice cooper.

Hmmmm! Interesting! and tempting...

Guess I have to do some research on what the goodies cost new and how much value they lose used.

What DO people expect to get for their mods? 60% of original cost?

Ooooo. That's a tough question to answer. The way I see it, I never expect to get any resale value back from mod's in any of my cars. The only value they hold is in my own smiles. Money spent is smiles earned.

The person who buys bmarvins car will certainly be smilin'. As a bonus they will be able to tell people that that is their MINI featured in bmarvins awesome video!

thanks for the plug Bisch, and a reminder, this is the car in the the now infamous mini video. Kind of like when a guy on ebay was selling a purple diablo that donald trump owned (well not really but it was worth a shot). I agree with Bisch, any mods you do to a car you should never rely on to get back in resale, but what it does it makes it one hell of a deal for anyone who want's a mini that feels the need for more power, esp. if you dont want to pay $5k+ for a JCW kit.
