I've sold dozens of these now with dozens of happy customers, I've used this setup on my personal r53s also ( see attached video , r53 running this ported setup and 19% pulley ). All my local friends with r53's also are running this setup.
i completely reshape air paths , open up and enlarge ports and openings and then I smooth everything out. I also completely clean the outside of the stuff so it looks dang near new and gives your engine a much better appeal. Or it's also ready to be painted or anti heat coated. I ALSO change the oil on both ends of the supercharger and add full synthetic oil. The supercharger was from an ALL STOCK, AUTOMATIC 07' so it's never seen high rpm or been abused. So it is a face-lift sc with the coated rotors and they have NO flaking if the coating.
with this setup on the street I highly suggest a 19% pulley and on the track a 17% you can ALSO keep your stock intercooler and not run too hot of iats and maintain the throttle response because 90% of the aftermarket intercoolers SUCK and rob boost and intake velocity.

I'll weigh in that Adam is legit and does great work. His port work on a head and intake + a 19% pulley = major gains and no regrets on my daily driver
I have just the ported s/c body - it screams! @MiniManAdam is there a reason you don't close off the silencer holes on the body anymore? Just curious, as I think that's a big part of why mine sounds as good as it does.

Most people dont want that louder scream.. also big reason I like to to do these sets are for GroupB racers who'd like an advantage over the competition since they only allow stock engines and you could even make a stealth reduction pulley , though I'm sure that's the 1st thing they'd look at..
BTW, glad it's still giving smiles per miles , I believe i had done your sc 4 or 5 years ago now ? By chance do you know how many miles you've put on it ?

I have begun work on a new set..so should actually be done in 2x more days..
and , car was all stock , automatic and had 110k..
it had a slipping trans...
unfortunately no extras. Only the ported sc , ported sc hat , ported elbow amd ported intake manifold..
will trade for 16-19in 4x100 rims , jcw seats or maybe aftermarket seats , r56 jcw exhaust or Nvidia resonated or other 07-13 something performance I might not yet have..
since there are no extras included I am asking 950$ shipped..
I will post pics if the new set soon as it's done..
