Wow, why is a JCW crap?
Crap??? You have no idea... Plus there's more crap every day, tons of it.
If they don't let you join, I'll write you a note.
There. How's that for crap??
"( By the way, this thread is really full of a lot of crap!)" You forgot the gas..

At that point we'll tell you the membership fee, and all about the weird initiation rites. All I can say right now is make sure you stock up on toilet tissue and apple butter......

Well, you know...I could have sworn I saw Ken Kesey sitting out front of Applejacks last Sunday when we went by.But maybe it was my...umm...imagination. Or something like that.

Ken was sitting by the road toking, and the others were wearing really bright clothes and waving and dancing on the top of the bus, whose walls were throbbing with the beat of the music. At least, that's what it looked like to me.
Not to get too far afield from the original thread, but in recalling the bite of haggis I had 20 years ago while staying in the Borders (Galashiels, to be exact), I'd have to say that "yum" is not the word that comes to mind. Blood pudding runs a close second to haggis on my list of "things I will never try again".
Having disparaged your culinary heritage,
I will now add that in the two months that I lived there, I found the country beautiful (and this was in January and February, mind you), and the Scots a thoroughly charming, engaging and pleasant bunch. I'm sorry that I haven't been back in all these years, I had a delightful experience there.
(And no pharmaceuticals except Guinness were involved.)

And now back to our original programming...
I added more crap to my car today, JCW brakes! Jacques at Bay Bridge Motors was extremely kind and fit me in on my only day off this week prior to the REME Mt. Shasta run. They are still bedding in and so I don't yet have the full appreciation of what they can do. At first ride, the pedal felt a bit spongier than before (not a bad thing, to me) although that may have been my imagination, or the placebo effect of having a new thing on the car. I do think that they will be a really nice upgrade, and I am pleased that I got them.
Plus, the larger rotors and red calipers look great on the car!

Crappy question
Maybe a crappy question BUT can one put crappy JCW suspension on a convertible? JCW Springs through my dealer's website says NOT for convertible. If not, why can't I get more crap on my cabrio? All I want for Christmas is a Crappy Cabrio Cooper!

Sure, you could probably fit it, but you might want to weld your doors to maintain structural integrity!!!!!!
Has anyone tried the Crappy shift ****, or know any dealers that have them??
