JCW Tuning kit exhaust muffler delete
already unplugged, so always open... just thought that the muffler still played some role....

I'm sure it does since the muffler will still act as a form of sound deadening due to the pipe going to the muffler still being open. But I doubt it's much or even noticeable without a decibel meter.
Very minimal. I think you can just remove it all together if you please. Turbo cars are quiet without mufflers even, as a turbo acts a muffler.
You will have a minimal amount of flow thorough the muffler. the vast majority will go out the bypass as it will follow path of lease resistance. If OP is set on deleting it, I would go to a custom exhaust shop and have a full straight pipe exhaust made up from scratch then sell the untouched and operable JCW Pro exhaust for a profit. the JCW PRO is a desirable system in functioning form.
