Very Confused about the JCW Pro Exhaust

Is the JCW Pro Exhaust available for 2019 JCW's or not? I have seen threads on the forum that say the JCW Pro exhaust is not available for cars built after Nov 2017....meaning 2018's and 2019's. Then I see other post saying folks have ordered new 2019 JCW's with the Pro exhaust. Everyone cannot be right. I ordered a 2019 JCW last month (still waiting delivery) and the Pro exhaust was not an option. I have contacted multiple dealerships and was told it was not in stock but I may be able to purchase it from "Germany" for $2000 plus shipping. Something just sounds fuzzy. I don't mind aftermarket, but exhaust with Mini warranty would be cool. Any answers? Thanks.

I spec'd my 2019 JCW on June 11, and after the usual laundry list of options & packages, we got to the JCW "extras". The Pro exhaust was on that list, and offered to me for an additional $2000 or so.

I don't know if the JCW Pro exhaust is installed at the factory or the VDC. I suppose it's possible that at the time of your order, supplies were sold out & unavailable for on-order offering, but the kit has since been stocked again.

For two grand you can get a better system from Remus including the CF tips. The only reason I went with the JCW Pro kit was for the tune + exhaust. You don’t need the tune since you already have a JCW. If the tune was available separately I would have the Remus system.

This. If the exhaust was faulty Remus will fix it, and there is a small chance at best that it would cause any damage to cause a voided warranty

If you already got a JCW, go with the Remus as it is more affordable, and much lighter. Plus it sounds freakin awesome and has 4 modes rather than just 2. And the carbon tips are sweet.

We just did one on a 3 week old JCW and couldn't be any happier.

Yes on the Remus with Carbon Fiber Tips. Couldn't be any happier, just love the pops and gurgles.
Also i think some one said the JCW exhaust resets to closed when the car is turned off. Not sure of that but I know the Remus stays where you set it.
