NM Eng. 25mm sway bar position holes

I'm guessing the front holes are the ones closet to the center of the bar and the rear holes are at the end of the sway?

Closer to the end, less force, closer to the center of the bar, more force.

I guess I'm saying which is the Front hole & rear hole

NM says the Front hole is the stiffest,

Is this pic on the front hole, stiffest setting?

As installed you have the stiffest setting in place. Think of it as lever and fulcrum.

Awesome thanks! cant wait to test it out!

It should work great with the jcw suspension, end links, springs, and big pair!

That's the way I have mine set. I also have the rest of the NM mods you have + NM adjustable control arms. I'm very happy with the setup.

Have you ever found the rear too lively with it on stiff?

Nope. I drove it like I stole it at MSSD last fall and at MOTD this year and never had a problem with the rear getting squirrelly on me. I'm very happy with the setup.

When they can make a MINI that can run, turn, jump as good as a squirrel, I might think about trading my R52 in.

All I can say is caution. I found the softest setting can dish up a few surprises, especially on the stock run-flats.

One lesson I learned after many years of racing in SCCA and several vintage groups is to make changes incrementally. Start with full soft and increase from there based on how the car responds.

As for being able to "run, turn, jump as good as a squirrel", I think my F56 JCW is pretty close ... it certainly isn't lacking ability to turn and corner.

Agree , i have soon some testing, as to come to a total swing in setup, you have to replace all that weak rubber bushings, in order to use the NM25 at the rear at its best, you have to adopt also the front.

We will test 2 version, one version unibal, one with custom bushings, here rear unibal rear bearing made by SCHIRRA

I can't argue with you there. Before doing any suspension work I would recommend ditching the runlets as a first step. Mine were on the car less than a week. With my setup I'm running on Goodyear Eagle F1 tires. A good complement to the suspension mods I have.

Also remember that you can set one side on stiff, and one side on soft, and that will be medium. It won't matter if you're turning left or right, the bar is just getting twisted, and you're giving it a medium amount of leverage.
