2017 Countryman JCW

Hi...sold my 2002 MCS three years ago, and now want a MINI again!

Does anyone know the status of the 2017 Mini Countryman JCW? Pricing, dates available in the USA?

Thanks

Pricing won't even be released for non-JCW CM's until mid December. I have seen zero talk about a JCW version at this point. Don't they usually show up months after the initial release?

I wouldn't expect a JCW Countryman until mid-2017 at the absolute earliest.

They've been testing the JCW F60 for the last few months, but right now they're focusing on getting the F60 out by March and then the PHEV F60 in June before they are looking at the JCW F60.

Good article about what's known about the F60 JCW from a MINI news site with a good track record: http://www.motoringfile.com/2016/11/...untryman-know/

And a look at the F60 JCW Dakar race car, which certain elements of which we may see on the production JCW (like that red surround grill and side scuttles - probably not the double springs or built-in lifts lol): http://www.motoringfile.com/2016/11/...ally-race-car/

Yea, my guess is they will be black. Or maybe they make them red.

New JCW model on miniusa.com

2017 JCW Countyman is now on the USA website for configuration. Now I must choose between the JCW Clubman and the Countryman.
