Hi everyone! I've been on this forum only for a few days, but I thought I should properly introduce myself through my MINI. He took 4 months to arrive but it was well worth the wait.

He is a 2017 JCW Hardtop.








Will take off the roof rack as it isnt bike riding season in texas (over 100 degrees constantly)
Planning exhaust and new wheels/tires.

How long have you been waiting for? I originally ordered a 2016 in March, but it took forever and last month they said they are making me a 2017 instead.
You'll be happy once it's here!

 

I'm in the same boat. I also ordered a 2016 and ended up with a 2017. Kinda bummed about the armrest, but I guess I'll get over it. Mine landed in Baltimore on the 30th. Still sitting at the VDC as far as I gather.

I ordered mine on 5/24 and it was built on 6/27 then loaded on the ship on 7/11. I live on the West Coast so it is scheduled to arrive in Cali on 8/5. Once it's done at the VDC it will take 3 days to truck it to the dealership so I am figuring around 8/20. It's been a long wait. I keep seeing people getting their '17 year models and I'm still waiting for my '16 year model. But it will be worth it!!! Plus it gave me time to buy a lot of bits and pieces to put on it once it arrives!!!

same ordered a 2016 on 7th of June build started the 21st but its a 2017 model. Currently on the "Titania" headed to Port Hueneme. Due to arrive there on 8/13.

 

MG that is funny I ran out of you tube videos a long time ago!!! Your JCW is right behind mine!! Mine is scheduled to get into Port Hueneme on 8/5!! Cant wait!!! What's your build look like??

 

My Build is RG/Blk for ext colour (gotta be brit right?) 18" wheels, black headlight and tail light rims--grey door panels-- cottonwood trim-- cloth seats--premium pkg (?) the one with the sunroof-- manual tranny--and red hubcaps--

are u thinking of additional after mkt add-ons? i'm leaning heavily towards the AC Schnitzer chip and exhaust-- and maybe after the first set of tires goes upsizing to 19" wheels as well-- i'll keep u-tubing and drinking the cool-aid until the end of the month--
