JCW Pro Carbon Fiber Exhaust Tips and other mods

Well today I was able to get my exhaust tips, the black grill surround and my craven speed license plate mount all put on. Still have a few mods to do over the next few months but she's getting there

Looks great! The CF exhaust tips with the JCW Pro bumper trim looks excellent.

How did you go about swapping the grille surround; did you just yank off the chrome one?

I had the dealership do the grill and exhaust, they only charged me for a hours labor. I know after it was put on I got to talk to the mechanic who installed both pieces and he just yanked the old one off, it broke two of the inserts for the clips but I don't care. I just chunked it when I got home.

Those are the JCW Pro ones from the Mini EU catalog. I got an good deal on them also since someone messed up in quoting me the price at the dealership and they saw that when I went to pay but they honered what they had told me so I'm definitely happy.

I guess I may be in the minority, but I quite like the stock antenna!! The rear wing was obviously designed around it with the hatch up! The F56 antenna is much shorter & beefier than the older MINI stock antennas....mine is staying on there!

I just didn't like the look, it reminded me when I was a young kid and we did whatever we had to do to get a signal on a tv. It's definitely a preference thing for sure, I just like the cleaner look.

I'm not sure if I'm going to lower it since I have the adaptive damping control. I drive in allot of traffic to and from work and I like being able to have a softer ride for long trips to visit my family.

I'm though trying to figure out which rims to get.

The best rims for our cars are also made in the UK (Team Dynamics) . They are Mini specific for the JCW large calipers.
I have them in 18x8 waiting for nxt spring

I understand perfectly...after having my car cover custom made to fit the stock antenna, mine is staying on there for awhile at least. LOL! Otherwise, I'll have a droopy appendage on the car cover where the antenna was.

Your car looks fabulous with all the mods!

John

Nice work, you can't see any issues with the vinyl from here.

Did you just add these to the factory JCW exhaust?
