I did, they just took off the old tips and put these on.

Faraway you can't see it but up close you can see some air bubble and my edging stinks, that's why I kind of want to get it redone by a pro.

I talked to the mechanic who did the work after they were installed, he told me the factory tips had a little spot weld to also keep them in place to the pipes which was werid but not a issue for him in getting them off.

 

Latter on when I get home I can post up the factory ones, if I ever want I can always get those put back on I was told.

I saw the black headlight rings available but is the grill surround OEM too?

 

It is a OEM grill that's been paint matched, you can get the from NewMiniStuff or have painted locally or vynal wrapped.

No factory black grille trim ring out yet most people are having them painted to match.

 

Where did you purchase your black grille surround? I didn't think anyone was making it yet.

This is were I got mine, took about a month to get, you can also just buy an OEM one and have it painted locally or vinyl wrapped.
