Get a high flow filter. Some done even need oil anymore, amsoil makes one like that, the nano-filter. Costs the same as KN! That KN oil comes off, goes into your intake, ect, gross!

Bought the Amsoil airfilter after experiencing a dramatic reduction in airflow at high field elevations (MITM). Now at those elevations the airflow is normal. No oiling required and just vacuum to clean. They say the Abrams M1 tank uses the nano technology to filter its turbine engine. After four years no problems.

Just FYI, here is a link to that filter page:

Here's the sizes and dimensions:

They also make prefilters for them:

Interior recirculation filter

Could someone please send me the thread regarding the installation of an interior cabin filter on the 06 "S" Works model. I am of the impression that it can be replaced without removing the glovebox. Thanks in advance.

cabin air filter

Looking for a U-tube link for a video explaining the installation of the in-cabin air filter. I am of the impression that it can be installed without removing the glove box. Please advise.

The glove box remains intact. The video above may help.
