JCW Stage 1 Set Screw

Does anyone know how to adjust the exhaust tips that come with the stage 1 kit? I am trying to move my tips outward - to make them a little bit more pronounced - but I cant figure out the set screw . . . it looks like it is actually double headed and it wont budge!

Thanks!

-JB

It's an allen wrench. If I remember correctly, it's like a 4-5mm.

I know cause I just installed a JCW exhaust on mine...

Yes - that is what I am trying to do - mine are set much closer in. The screw is confusing though - like there is a screw inside of a screw - which do I turn?

I replaced my really cool muffler setup that I've been running simply because the tips were too far out. (which I thought was actually less than yours...lol)

Don't you burn yourself? Of course, I'm short and I can't stand too far away from the car cause I'll never reach what I'm looking for...

yeah man, that's the way the dealer installed 'em dont need to be concerned with namby-pamby exhaust tip coddling to avoid leg burns

(and yeah I scorched my self once, cursed, then realized how much fun the car is and blew it off)

What you think is the set screw might not be it. Look inside that hole and there is a very small set screw; it's either a 3mm or 4mm allen.
